Our Registered Nurses
Our Registered Nurses have spent decades gaining valuable experience in the healthcare system, as well as navigating the complex world of wellness within the social and justice systems. Our team includes experienced certified legal nurse consultants, who can provide additional support and expertise with data collection, appeals, chart reviews, verbal and written opinions in medical-legal cases.
Our goal is not to fix the system but to use our experience and wisdom to navigate the intricacies of the healthcare system.

Services
Personal Advocate
This can include:
- Helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options
- Coordinating appointments with specialists
- Attending appointments and generating notes and summaries.
- Providing education and support
- Advocating for patients' needs
- Collaborate with the health care team to support discharge planning to home or facility.
- Facilitating communication between the patient, their family, and the healthcare team.
Care Coordinator

- Check-in with client
- Reminders and tracking of health care appointments

- Review of the client's medical history and information
- Assistance with writing the appeal

Legal Nurse Consultant
Registered Nurse Navigators are valuable in Health Law.
Registered Nurse Navigators will examine healthcare records and chronologies, investigate the standards of care specific to provincial regulatory bodies, provide verbal and written opinions and serve as expert witness in healthcare litigation.
Advanced Care Planning Directives
